Research for professional decisions
MTF Institute focuses on applied questions faced by managers, specialists, entrepreneurs and organizations. The aim is to translate evidence, frameworks and emerging practice into resources that can support better decisions, while keeping the limits of the available evidence visible.

Research outputs
Outputs may include Insights articles, books, program cases, datasets, assessment methodologies and practical tools. These formats serve different purposes. An explanatory article is not a peer-reviewed journal paper; a calculator is not financial advice; and an assessment is not a licensed psychological diagnosis.
Evidence and revision
Time-sensitive claims should be checked against authoritative sources. Current pages display update dates, and substantial corrections should be made transparently. We prefer a smaller number of useful, attributable claims to unsupported statistics or decorative citations.
Collaboration
Researchers, practitioners and organizations may propose a relevant applied project, case or expert contribution. Write to welcome@gtf.pt with the question, intended output, available evidence, conflicts of interest and proposed contribution.
