How to contact MTF Institute

For program questions, learner support, corporate education, partnerships, publications or another institutional enquiry, write to welcome@gtf.pt. Please include the relevant program, book, page or order in the subject line so the request reaches the right team.

We normally answer general enquiries within one to five business days. Requests that require document preparation, credential checks or coordination with a learning platform may take up to 14 calendar days. Do not email passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

Learner and certificate support

Enrolled learners should include:

  • the email address used for enrollment;
  • the exact program or course title;
  • the learning platform involved;
  • a concise description of the problem; and
  • a screenshot only when it helps explain a technical issue.

Before writing about certificates, Student ID or platform access, review the program FAQ. Registered learners use the MTF learning portal for study and account services.

Programs and admissions

The program catalog contains current English-language program descriptions, curricula, prices and enrollment routes. Questions about eligibility, study format or choosing a program can be sent to welcome@gtf.pt.

Corporate learning and project enquiries

Organizations can review MTF solutions for business, including corporate training, compliance learning, practice-led consulting and institutional partnerships. In your message, describe the business objective, audience, approximate team size, countries or languages involved and desired timing.

Public complaints service in Portugal

Consumers who need the official Portuguese complaints channel can use Livro de Reclamações in accordance with the service's requirements. Contacting MTF Institute first may allow a routine support issue to be resolved more quickly, but it does not limit any statutory consumer right.
