Direct answer

MTF designed the Advanced Executive Program as professional executive education for people who need to apply management knowledge at work. The learning system combines an explicit curriculum, cases, decision frameworks, AI-supported practice, a cross-functional capstone and career evidence. It does not claim academic equivalence.

How the curriculum was constructed

The academic team reviewed the recurring functional areas present in management and business-administration curricula used by leading institutions: strategy, finance, customers, operations, technology and people. MTF then organized those areas around current professional decisions rather than reproducing a university degree.

The curriculum adds subjects that have become central to management work: platform strategy, generative and agentic AI, responsible AI governance, human-AI teams, digital ecosystems, operational resilience, customer economics, ESG decision-making and professional authority.

What "AI-supported practice" means

AI is treated as a supervised practice environment. A learner may ask an approved assistant to propose alternatives, expose assumptions, structure a first analysis or simulate a skeptical stakeholder. The learner must:

  • check material facts against reliable sources;
  • distinguish evidence from inference;
  • remove confidential, personal or regulated data;
  • document important assumptions;
  • select and defend the final recommendation;
  • remain accountable for the submitted work.

This design builds AI fluency without pretending that fluent output is the same as correct judgment.

Cases and applied work

Cases create a boundary around a decision. They ask learners to interpret incomplete evidence, make trade-offs and communicate a recommendation. Current program materials include functional and integrated cases involving strategy, transactions, direct-to-consumer transformation, operating models, AI-enabled platforms and team effectiveness.

Cases are used for analysis and learning. References to third-party companies do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Capstone evidence

The integrated capstone asks the learner to connect a market proposition with financial assumptions, a go-to-market system, operations, technology, people and risk. A strong submission is coherent across functions and explicit about uncertainty. It should be understandable to a decision-maker who was not present during the work.

Credentials and professional status

MTF credentials confirm completion under the program rules in force at the time of enrollment. They are professional certificates, not university degrees, academic diplomas or academic-credit awards. The exact approved regulatory notice is displayed on every MTF professional-program page.

Faculty and institutional evidence

Prospective learners can review the MTF faculty directory, ambassador community and institutional overview. Named people, public profiles and specific curricula make it possible to verify who contributes to the learning environment and what is taught.

Public evidence map

These resources are linked as evidence, not as guarantees of a particular employment, promotion, salary or business result.

Accessible delivery

MTF uses online, self-paced delivery to make a broad professional curriculum available at a comparatively accessible price. Accessible tuition is a delivery choice, not a claim that a professional certificate is academically equivalent to a degree.
