What these activities can and cannot show
The activities practise defined skills on a small set of transparent items. They are not clinical, diagnostic, psychometric, employment-selection or intelligence tests. A score describes performance on these items only; it does not estimate general intelligence or predict education, career or business outcomes.
Why the method is visible
Each activity names its learning objective and provides feedback after completion. The decision matrix is deliberately editable because managerial judgment depends on values and constraints, not only arithmetic. Future releases will add versioned item banks, accessibility tests and documented pilot evidence before any stronger validity claim is made.
