Experience and subject expertise
Dr. Yuliya Vershilo has more than 19 years of extensive experience in human-resource management, including ten years as a Head of Compensation and Benefits and general HR. Her work covers talent acquisition and selection, compelling Employee Value Propositions, training and development, compensation and benefits, and people analytics.
She developed and implemented large-scale motivation platforms for IT, corporate banking, retail banking, sales and remote channels, contact centres and back-office functions at different banks. This work included non-material motivation and employee-journey refactoring.
Dr. Vershilo developed and implemented HR analytics frameworks and has professional expertise in HR market analysis, HR strategy development and implementation, HR automation and digitalization, budgeting and HR planning, and HR regulation.
She completed Human Resource Management studies at Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in 2005 and earned a PhD in Economics from the same university in 2009. She completed the international Global Remuneration Professional certification through CBSD Thunderbird and WorldatWork in 2019 and a Grading Program through CBSD Thunderbird and WorldatWork in 2021.
