The course follows Northstar Cloud, an entirely fictional subscription workflow provider. Across twenty lessons, learners make twenty distinct professional decisions and create twenty original workplace artifacts. A separate applied capstone reconciles those artifacts into a Revenue Operations Control Pack. The capstone does not become a twenty-first lesson, an executive approval, a production change or a promise of commercial performance.

Weak source artifacts are revised at their owning lesson rather than hidden by a polished final summary.

Curriculum

Module 1 — Revenue Operations foundations and definitions

The capstone checks identity, chronology, sources, definitions, owners, exceptions, versions, uncertainty, recommendations, decisions and AI-use records. It introduces no additional professional artifact and ends with an executive decision index, unresolved-evidence list and learner self-assessment.

A useful rhythm is one module per week followed by the applied capstone, but learners can adapt the schedule to their availability.

You can use the supplied fictional case throughout the course. If you adapt an artifact to a workplace context, use only sanitized information that you are authorized to handle.
