Dr. João Silva Martins is a manager and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in senior telecommunications and information-technology roles. After earning a PhD in Engineering and an MBA at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, he moved from academia into C-suite positions in large corporations and startups. He is a director and shareholder of a Lisbon technology integrator focused on cybersecurity.
