## What this professional certificate develops
This program helps functional specialists widen their view from one department to the enterprise. It connects strategic analysis, executive communication, organizational behavior, governance and judgment so that learners can prepare decisions across functions.

The curriculum ends with an applied Tesla and Nio strategy case. AI-supported exercises are used to challenge assumptions, organize evidence and practise executive communication; learners remain responsible for verification and judgment.

This is professional business education. It is not a university degree, academic diploma or academic-credit award.

- Founders professionalizing how they lead a growing company
- Senior managers developing enterprise-level judgment
- Technical leaders expanding their strategy and people capabilities

## Learning outcomes
After completing the required work, a learner should be able to:
- frame an enterprise problem and define strategic choices;
- communicate an evidence-based recommendation to senior stakeholders;
- design the operating conditions for a high-performance team;
- evaluate ESG and governance implications without reducing them to slogans;
- make documented decisions under uncertainty;
