# MTF Cognitive Development Lab

The MTF Cognitive Development Lab is a public prototype for educational reasoning practice. It contains three browser-based activities: managerial reasoning, analytical patterns and decision matrices.

The activities are not clinical, diagnostic, psychometric, employment-selection or intelligence tests. Scores describe performance on the included items only. Inputs and progress remain in the browser.

## Activities

1. Managerial Reasoning Challenge: distinguish observations, assumptions, causes, options and controls.
2. Analytical Pattern Lab: practise sequences, classifications and rule identification.
3. Decision Matrix Challenge: compare alternatives with explicit criteria and sensitivity checks.
