## How to contact MTF Institute

For program questions, learner support, corporate education, partnerships, publications or another institutional enquiry, write to [welcome@gtf.pt](mailto:welcome@gtf.pt). Please include the relevant program, book, page or order in the subject line so the request reaches the right team.

We normally answer general enquiries within **one to five business days**. Requests that require document preparation, credential checks or coordination with a learning platform may take up to **14 calendar days**. Do not email passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

## Learner and certificate support

Enrolled learners should include:

- the email address used for enrollment;
- the exact program or course title;
- the learning platform involved;
- a concise description of the problem; and
- a screenshot only when it helps explain a technical issue.
